Meet the Coach

Laurie Soileau, Life/ADHD Coach

In my practice,  I’m able to offer coaching sessions via telephone as well as in my home office in Nashville, Tennessee. My Life Coaching practice is geared toward adults age 35-50 who want to move past specific challenges and live the life of their dreams.

Life coaching is something I’ve been doing by nature for friends for many years until I decided it was time for formal training and certification. I am  certified through Coach Training Alliance, and am a member of Tennessee Coaches Alliance.

As a Life Coach, I have found the niche for my strengths, skills and talents, and found great personal fulfillment while offering real help for others. As you explore what Life Coaching can do for your life, I applaud your journey- particularly that very first step toward growing your own dreams into big, bold, colorful reality.

More About Me

I enjoy experiencing life to the fullest! When I’m not working, I’m hiking, kayaking, biking, rollerblading, making art, writing, or cooking and baking for family and friends.

I’ve raised two daughters with ADHD nearly single-handedly. Nearly grown now, both are tremendous, wonderful people whose lives show that ADHD is a rich blessing in disguise. Because of this experience, I particularly enjoy working with women with ADHD.

One Response to Meet the Coach

  1. Meine Schwester-
Of course you know all this, but you are singing my song- or more like articulating then pouring salve on the anguished brain and tortured soul of the ADD (and Gifted?) adult. I’d like to join the club of the Ugly Ducklings- or was it the Lovely Swans?

At my “best,” my mind careens so quickly through a sequence of brilliance that no tongue, pen or keyboard can capture the incredible flow and logic that was there in a flash. Instead, a hapless listener may hear half the flow- and that in half-thoughts- probably seems like a choppy cartoonish flip-book than a flow of ideas. Worse, it sped past my consciousness at the speed of light, and now, in darkness, is irretrievable. Hence the snickers and eye-rolls of those bystanders, so that even my best is fodder for their condescending judgment. I’ll wager there are no such tongue waggers or belittling folk in the group you foster…

Keep up the good work… LK
